Authority To Make Mandatory Provisions For Insurance Of Postal articles
The Government of Nepal may make insurance of some postal articles mandatory as specified in the same Notice; and if any article which
is to be mandatorily insured for delivery is posted without insuring, such article shall be delivered to the addressee or returned to the sender after recovering special charge in the same notice from the addressee or the
sender, as specified in the same notice.
Provided that, the Government of Nepal shall not have to assume any liability for recovering such special charges.
